If submitting a ticket about an existing project in Harmony, providing the Project ID number (historical REB for unvalidated imported projects) in the specified fields is the fastest way for Program Officers to locate your project within the system. Project titles are also acceptable provided it matches the listing in Harmony.
Failure to provide either of these or not providing them in the specified fields may result in delays to the response.
